> The two brews are coffee and beer: Intelligentsia by the cup and 16 rotating taps that pour only Wisconsin breweries. The Wickman family behind the counter started Door County's first commercial fish boil at Ellison Bay's Viking Grill in 1959. Thursday nights they fire the Green Egg and smoke pork and chicken.
