“A Bridge Up Brewing taproom built into the Door County Cherry Hut, the rare stop that hands you a craft beer and a Door County cherry pie from the same farm market. Owners Trent Snyder and Jason Estes revived the old Ray's Cherry Hut just south of Fish Creek and set the taps beside the pie case, with a patio out back running to more than an acre of green space and five fire tables. Order the Knee High cream ale and carry a slice out to the fire.”
