“Order the pollo Chihuahua: grilled chicken breast under mushrooms, peppers, onions, and crumbled bacon, blanketed in sharp Chihuahua cheese and poblano sauce. The Ramirez family named the place for German's mother, Gloria, and built the kitchen around her recipes from Chihuahua and Michoacán, in the old Andre's Supper Club building on West Oak Street.”
