Kettle Black Fish Boil

“Half the point is the boil-over: the kettle, the flame, the whoosh, then dinner. That's boneless whitefish (or a Cajun version with shrimp and lobster tail), cornbread, and cherry pie, right on the Fish Creek harbor. Seatings are 5:30 and 7:30, Tuesday through Saturday, by reservation, and it's worth getting there early for the show.”
