Pottawatomie Lighthouse

Lighthouse on Rock Island, reached by a passenger ferry from Washington Island (itself reached by the main car ferry) and a hike — no cars allowed on Rock Island. Often cited as Wisconsin's oldest lighthouse.

Seasonal: Free docent tours run daily from Memorial Day through mid-October. There's no ferry to Rock Island in winter, and the DNR advises against crossing on the ice.
