“A gelato cart named for Sturgeon Bay's steel bridge, parked on the Bay Shore Outfitters patio at 59 N. Madison and run by two young locals who started it in 2025. They scoop Sara's Artisan Gelato out of Green Bay, picking four rotating flavors a day, so ask whether the Biscoff cookie butter made the cut.”
