Viking Grill & Lounge

Longtime owner and boilmaster Dan Peterson retired in 2022 after 38 years, and the building at 12029 Highway 42 in Ellison Bay is now Blue Bear for breakfast and brunch and Della Porta for dinner. The Viking is credited with starting Door County's restaurant fish boil tradition in 1961.
