“A newer elevated-comfort-food spot on Sturgeon Bay's west side, opened by Northern Door native Eric Leyendecker, who trained at Sister Bay's Hotel du Nord under Bruce Alexander (now chef-owner of Alexander's in Fish Creek). The house seasoning is Leyendecker's own Kitchen Daddy's blend, a years-in-the-making recipe he now sells at the restaurant, and it's what dresses the fries.”
