• Alpine Resort & Golf

  Seasonal; check current tee-time availability.

  Resort golf on the bluff above Egg Harbor, recently reworked into a nine-hole layout the resort calls Alpine Legacy. The closing hole tumbles down the bluff with the bay spread out ahead of you — worth the round for that view alone.

• Door County Trolley

  Tours run seasonally; book ahead.

  Narrated tours by old-fashioned trolley, themed however you like your sightseeing — a morning lighthouse run out to Eagle Bluff and Cana Island, a three-winery wine tour with lunch, scenic loops, or after-dark ghost and pub crawls. The easy, no-driving way to see a lot of the peninsula in one trip.

• Harbor View Park

  Free and open to the public year-round. Hosts the village's summer Concerts in the Park series.

  A genuine bluff-top view over the marina, with walking paths and benches built for exactly this. The village didn't undersell it when they put "watch the sunset" in their own description.

• Horseshoe Bay Golf Club

  The county's only private club — 18 holes stretching past 7,000 yards from the tips, near Egg Harbor. Play is for members and their guests, so there's no public tee time, but it's the course serious golfers here talk about.
