“Fika (say fee-ka) is the Swedish ritual of pausing for coffee and something sweet, and this Egg Harbor bakery is named for it. David and Heather Linstrom opened it in 2017 and bake Swedish and American pastries from scratch. Order Fika's Famous Rolls, made from a family recipe passed down through generations, with a cup of the coffee that gives the ritual its name.”
