• Happy Coffee

  Co-owners Lilly Orozco and Juan Ornelas bought the former Skip Stone Coffee Roasters in 2024 and reopened it as happy coffee, pouring a house blend roasted by Kick Ash Coffee up in Ellison Bay. Orozco makes the syrups in house, so order the pecan latte.

• Red Barn Biscuit Company

  The biscuit does all the work here, fresh and hot out of the oven. Order it as the base of a breakfast sandwich, or let it moonlight as a cinnamon roll made from the same dough.

  An entirely gluten-free breakfast and lunch cafe on the garden level of the Country Walk shops, pouring locally roasted Isely coffee. Order the scratch-made quiche: it's the dish regulars keep coming back for.
